By using Pecku, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, which governs your use of all features including the Today view, Timeline, Record function, Calendar view, and Profile section.
π Pecku offers a seamless experience with no account registration required. Your use of the app begins immediately upon downloading and opening it, subject to these terms.
π₯ The Record section provides a full-screen recording experience with real-time effects and multiple recording modes for capturing 15-60 second videos of life's precious moments. You may use these features to document your daily experiences in accordance with this Agreement.
βΆοΈ Recording Guidelines: You agree to use the recordingεθ½ only for capturing your own experiences or moments where you have obtained necessary permissions from individuals appearing in your videos. You shall not record content in private spaces without authorization.
ποΈ The Calendar view and Timeline features allow you to browse your recorded videos chronologically. Pecku's content management system enables you to organize your videos with customizable thumbnails and personal notes to add context to each moment.
π You retain full ownership of all videos and content you record and store using Pecku. Pecku does not claim ownership rights to your content.
π€ By using Pecku, you grant the app a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the app's features and services (such as cloud synchronization, timeline organization, and thumbnail generation). This license is necessary to enable core functionalities like displaying your videos in the Today view and Calendar grid.
π« You agree not to upload, record, or store any content that violates third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights. Pecku reserves the right to restrict access to content that clearly violates these terms.
βοΈ Pecku offers optional cloud synchronization to help preserve your memories. When you enable this feature, your videos are securely stored to prevent loss and enable access across your devices.
π You acknowledge that cloud synchronization requires an internet connection and that you are responsible for any data charges incurred through your use of this feature. Pecku uses industry-standard security measures to protect your synchronized content, but you should regularly back up important memories.
π€ You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any access to Pecku. Since no account is required, you should not share your device with others if you wish to keep your Pecku content private.
π« You agree not to use Pecku for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the app. Prohibited uses include attempting to extract code, reverse engineer the app, or upload malicious content.
π± You are responsible for ensuring your device meets Pecku's technical requirements and for installing updates to maintain app functionality.
π Pecku reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features of the app at any time, including adding new recording modes, enhancing the Calendar view, or updating the user interface. We will strive to notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications.
π This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of Pecku after changes to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
β You may stop using Pecku at any time. To fully terminate your relationship with the app, you may delete the app from your device and, if applicable, disable cloud synchronization.
π Pecku may restrict access to the app if you violate this Agreement in a manner that harms other users or the app's functionality. In such cases, you will be notified via the contact information associated with your cloud synchronization (if enabled).
